Ashtrays are nicer new.
Ever look inside your ashtray? Even if you don't smoke, it's most likely a catch-all for change, fuses, receipts, etc.
If it was ever used for it's intended purpose, it's probably nasty inside, or maybe the frame or cover are cracked or broken.

DMC Headliners
Some things are inevitable - death, taxes and droopy headliners are three that come to mind. After 25 years of recovering the factory pressed material backings, (many had been recovered three or four times) many were no longer usable as cores.
Cars that have had water leaks around the roof area often get mildewed where these old backs have absorbed and held water. Shipping the old ones back was a pain, too.
Last year we switched to new fiberglass backs for the roof and door headliners, and they come with illustrated instructions for installation, too!

DMC Seatcovers
Everyone raves about our seatcovers, and whether you have a black or grey interior, (or if you want both get the two-tone) we have a set waiting for you. Leather seating surfaces and vinyl sides just like the original, these will freshen your interior like little else can. One kit does both seats, and can be installed by the skilled enthusiast or any trim/upholstery shop near you.

Most pullstraps in DeLoreans get used everytime you drive the car. Our new leather pullstraps come in black and grey, with or without the D-ring for late or early cars. Once you have these, you'll realize just how nasty your old ones were!

DMC Console Recover Kit
While we're on interior, take a look at your center console - many have dried out tops, above the A/C vents, and have gouges or tears along the sides.
