correct temperature range otterstat.

The factory power window regulators have a very high failure rate. A combination of poor design and materials result in windows that won't reliably go up and down. We've known this since the 80s and have sold a more robust unit ever since. Ours come with all the required hardware and illustrated instructions for installation, as the new design doesn't install in the same exact locations as the originals were mounted. As
