It's really just the sprayer that directs whatever fluid that you have in your windshield washer reservoir onto your windshield. But it sounds cooler to call it a "jet". It clip mounts to the right hand wiper arm - years of age and exposure and they'll split where they fold over and clip together.

The washer fluid pump is located inside the plastic reservoir tank in the front left corner of the car that holds the washer fluid. You can't feed fluid from the reservoir to the nozzle (jet!) without this essential part!

The early style black metal ones strip out easily and the later white plastic ones tend to break when over-tightened. Our replacement cap is a sturdy black plastic that fits like a glove! Made in the USA!
